Good quality, fast delivery
I ordered the 4 Rail Sheila Maid and it arrived pretty quickly, took about 5 days to reach Denver. Installation was straightforward, the instructions were clear. The cast iron ends feel really solid, not flimsy at all. The wooden laths were smooth, no splinters. It's been great for drying clothes indoors, works exactly as advertised. Support wasn't needed.
Solid airer, minor rope issue
Got the Sheila Maid Full Kit. The airer itself is excellent, really well made with good quality wood and sturdy cast iron. Delivery was prompt, no issues there. The pulley system works smoothly and it's a huge help for drying laundry without using the dryer as much. My only small gripe was the cotton pulley rope seemed a little thinner than I expected, but it's held up so far. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the value.
